Payment Methods
Shopline accepts the following online payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and ApplePay.
Your account will only be charged after the physical product has been shipped or the virtual product has been created – unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
Reservation fees
When paying by credit card, an amount equal to the purchase price is reserved.
This amount remains reserved until the online store has processed and shipped your order.
After the order has been shipped, the amount is deducted from your account.
The reservation time depends on the product or service.
Credit card authorization
When you use a payment card, you may see that funds have been reserved and that the available balance has been reduced.
If you or the online store cancels the order, the store will not be able to withdraw the amount, but the reservation may still be visible on your account for a while.
Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
When the online store processes and charges your order, the amount will be deducted and the transaction will appear in your account history.
All prices on the website include value added tax (VAT).
Currencies used: Euro (EUR), United States Dollar (USD).
Shopline uses a secure payment server and SSL protocol to encrypt all data, so your information is protected and cannot be read by unauthorized persons.
Delivery and shipping
The delivery time for your order is 7–12 business days.
Shopline delivers with Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord and Post.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product.
You can choose whether your order will be delivered to your home or to the nearest delivery point.
You will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped, so you can follow your package at any time.
Right of withdrawal (14 days return)
Shopline offers a 14-day full right of withdrawal for products purchased via the website – unless otherwise stated in your order.
The 14-day period applies from the day the product is shipped.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your purchase, and return the item within a further 14 days after you have notified us.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to businessmanagermia@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Condition of the item upon return
If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its properties and function, you may be liable for any reduction in value.
This means that you should only test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used more than necessary, it is considered used and its value is reduced - this may result in a reduced or no refund.
Shopline determines the condition of the item upon return.
Warranty
According to Swedish consumer law, the products have a 2-year warranty.
The warranty covers defects in programming, materials and production.
Defects must be reported to Shopline within a reasonable time after the product has been received. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable return costs will be refunded.
If the product has been misused or mishandled, the right to complain lapses.
Shopline will cover the return costs within reasonable limits.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. The information is stored in our customer records and can be deleted upon request.

Your personal information is only collected to process your order.
The information is stored by Shopline and deleted after five years.
When we collect personal data via our website, we always ask for your consent and inform you about what data we collect and why.
Shopline's management and authorized employees have access to your information.
Shopline is the data controller.
We do not store or transfer payment information from customers.
