Shipping policy

A. All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, excluding public holidays and weekends.
B. Delivery time: 7-12 business days, with a total delivery time not exceeding 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping cost: Free.
E. Incorrect address or request to deliver to a different address may incur a change of address fee.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive further information once your order has been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track its status. Tracking information will only be available after 48 hours.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of order confirmation, please contact us at bruno_servers@audio-malls.com and provide your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible by email at bruno_servers@audio-malls.com, attaching your order number and photos showing the condition of the product. We will treat such cases individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
