Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Returnable products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

Many products are exempt from returns. Products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of personal or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift card

Downloadable software products

Certain health and hygiene products

To get a refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return products to the manufacturer.

Compensation
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the product. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a given time period.

Delay or no refund
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be formally registered.
Then contact your bank. It may take time for the refund to appear.

Refund
If your product has a problem, you will not be charged any fees. If you cancel your order during delivery, you are responsible for all shipping costs. If the product is not defective and you choose to return it, you are responsible for all return costs. Unless otherwise stated in the return policy, you will not be charged any other fees.

Exchange
We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you would like to exchange for the same product, please send an email to bruno_servers@audio-malls.com.

If your product has a problem, you will not be charged any costs. If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it for another, you are responsible for the return costs. Unless otherwise stated in the return policy, you will not be charged any other costs.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points equal to the value of the returned product. Gift cards will be sent to you after we receive the return. If the product was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift recipient ordered it to give to you at a later date, we will refund the gift recipient and notify them of your refund.

Please contact us at bruno_servers@audio-malls.com to confirm the status of your package before returning. Once the package is confirmed to be in good condition, you can return it according to our customer service policy. Packages returned without confirmation or prior authorization will not be refunded.

You are responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the replacement product to reach you.

If the value of the items exceeds £799, please consider using a trackable delivery method or obtaining shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive returned products.
